Regina K. (nee Johnson) Trombetta, age 70, of Hammond, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Joe; sons: Tony (Terri) Trombetta of Hammond, Eddie (Christy) Trombetta of Hammond, Doug (Monique) Trombetta of Nevada, and Vinnie (Mary) Trombetta of Highland; daughter-in-law Kim Trombetta of IL; seven grandchildren: Hunter, Tyler, Joey, Caden, Gina Marie, Ashlynn, and Madisen; brother, Doug Johnson of Wisconsin. Preceded in death by son, David; grandson, Jacob; and parents: Rev. O.L. and Marie Johnson. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 4, 2013 at 9:30 AM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road, Highland. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 2:00-7:00 PM. Regina was a member of First Church of God in Munster and she attended Terrace Park Church of God.
