STRATFORD — Rebecca L. "Becky" Jeffreys, 44, of Stratford, entered into peaceful rest Friday, Dec. 19, 2008, at the Bridgeport Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Todd M. Jeffreys.

Mrs. Jeffreys was born Nov. 28, 1964, in Fairfield, Maine, loving daughter of Karin (Harde) Miller of Caribou, Maine, and the late Philip Miller. Becky resided in Stratford for the past 16 years. She attended the Beacon Falls United Church of Christ Congregational. She enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid bowler. Becky will be fondly remembered as a loving and caring person.

In addition to her husband and mother, Becky leaves her son, Justin, and her daughter, Amanda, both of Stratford; two brothers, Bob Miller and his wife, Pam, of Naugatuck and Philip Miller of Caribou, Maine; her nephew, Chad, and niece, Jessica Miler; and several other nieces and nephews. Her daughter, Ashley, predeceased her.

A funeral service in celebration of Becky's life will be held Monday at noon in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 West Church St., Seymour. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home also on Monday prior to the service from 10 a.m. to noon.
