PHILLIP COUCH   (51)  (JUNE 20, 1950-AUGUST 24, 2001)

Phillip received a bachelor’s’ degree in 1972 and a master’s degree in 1973 from the University of MO. In 1971 he married Lana Long from Cassville, MO, where they continued to live. He was the father of 3 sons and 1 daughter. He owned and operated Couch Excavating. He served on the Barry County road commission and the county extension council.
