JANESVILLE — Lyne Lea Fobian, 70, of Janesville, died Sunday, Dec. 12, at Allen Hospital, Waterloo.
She was born July 18, 1940, in Waverly, daughter of Clarence E. and Marguerite M. Fox Moehling. She married Jerome Hoins, and they later divorced. She then married Steven C. Fobian on July 10, 1980, in Nashua.
Mrs. Fobian was a graduate of Waverly-Shell Rock High School, and furthered her education at Wartburg College. She worked as a cook in food and beverage, employed with Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community, Cedar Falls Lutheran Home and Carvers Restaurant. For five years she was owner and operator of JJs Cafe, retiring in 2003.
Survived by: her husband; a daughter, Diane (John) Liming of Janesville; two sons, Christopher (Dawn) Hoins of Lakeville, Minn., and Corey Hoins of Dunkerton; and four grandchildren.
