Darrell L. Brown 48, of Maryville, IL, died Sunday, August 23, 2009 at St. Louis University Hospital.  Mr. Brown served in the Air Force.  He was employed at Cracker Barrel as an associate manager for four years and managed Red Lobster in Fairview Heights for two years, and Crestwood, MO for six years.

Visitation was held on Friday, August 28 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Copper Creek Christian Church, 2184 Vadalabene Drive, Maryville.  A celebration of his life began at 1 PM at the church with Paster Keith Kepley officiating.  Irwin Chapel in Glen Carbon was in charge of arrangements.

He was  born August 28, 1960 in Fairfield the son of Otto and Betty Thomason Brown.  He was a member of Copper Creek Christian Church in Maryville.

Survivng are his wife, Seely (Gregory) Brown of Maryville, whom he married December 27, 1980; a son, Brandon Brown of Maryville; brothers, Alfred (Sharon) Brown of Fairmount, Ind., and Kyle (Alan) Brown of Apex, NC; and sister Elaine (Bob) Feather of Sarasota, FL.  Darrell is preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers memorials were requested sent to the Americal Liver Foundation.,
