KOPKO - Cindy, of Nyack, NY died on August 26, 2004. She was 46 years old. Cindy is survived by her husband Edward, two stepsons, Michael and Matthew, four sisters, Lisa Jorbel of Packanack Lake, NJ, Sharon Jorbel of Wayne, NJ, Linda Rizk of Franklin Lakes, NJ and Diana Clark of Bluffton, SC; her parents Dolly and Ray Jorbel of Wayne, NJ and several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours are scheduled for today (Sunday) from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Hannemann Funeral Home, Inc., in Nyack. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 11 AM at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church in Piermont. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to "Cindy's Kids", the Cindy Kopko Fund for Young Performers. Checks should be made payable to the Helen Hayes Theatre Company, and mailed with the notation "Cindy's Kids" to Cindy's Kids, 110 Summit Avenue, Montvale, NJ 07645.
