Nora L. Bell, 53 of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, WV.

She was born on June 24, 1962 in Follansbee, WV a daughter of the late Thomas S. Bell and Rebecca (Smedley) Bell of Follansbee, WV.

Nora graduated from Brooke High School and attended West Liberty State College. She worked for Wesbanco Bank in Wheeling, WV in the Electronic Banking Department. She was a member of the Hooverson Heights Church of Christ. Her true passion was helping others. She loved to volunteer at the Brooke County Library where she taught cooking classes and the Wellsburg Salvation Army where she volunteered with the lunch program.

In addition to her mother Nora is survived by her brother Thomas C. Bell of Follansbee, WV.

Visitation for Nora will be held on Tuesday, July 14th from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Mullenbach Funeral Home 669 Main St. Follansbee, WV where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 15th at 11:00 A.M. with Robert Jones, Minister officiating and Dan Cooper, Minister assisting.
Interment will follow Oak Grove Cemetery, Follansbee, WV.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society PA/WV Chapter at www.volunteermatch.org, or the charity of the donor’s choice.
