She was born August 12, 1962, in Steubenville, Ohio.
Rosemary was a chef.
She was preceded in death by one brother Tommy Friend.
She is survived by one daughter, Amber Friend of Wellsburg, W.Va.; her best friend, Christina Deneen; one brother, Allen Friend; her aunt, Sara Gardner, an uncle, George Friend, and her dog, Shiba.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St., Wellsburg, WV.
Rosemary was in my homeroom through high school. She was fun and light hearted and had a great sense-of-humor. She was delightful. I was sorry to hear of her passing. I will always remember her with fondness.
