PERNA, Kenneth "Kenny" George, 48, of Follansbee, W.Va., died Monday, August 10, 2009 at his home.
He was born May 7, 1961 in Steubenville, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents Stephen T. Perna and Doris J. Cusick Perna.
He is survived by three brothers; Stephen A. Perna and Linda (McQuade), of Weirton, W.Va., Anthony W. Perna and Denise (Cortese), of Follansbee and Brian K. Perna and Candi (Hicks), one sister; Amy J. Perna, of Follansbee, W.Va., three nephews; Anthony Perna, Christopher Perna and Brian K. Perna, all of Follansbee and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was a construction worker and worked in maintenance for the City of Follansbee.
He was a social member of Follansbee American Legion and St. Anthonys Catholic Church, Follansbee.

Kenny & I were so close in age that we clashed a lot over the yes but since moving back to Follansbee we made a lot of strives & decided to sweep all under the bridge. He loved all his family & very close friend Dermo Orsini & Jimmy Pearson as brothers.Kenny is very much missed by all of us. RIP my Brother !!!
