After graduating from East Wake, I earned a degree in elementary education from Elon University in 2004. Two years later, I returned to Elon to earn a Masters degree in elementary education. I finished my Masters in 2008 and married Matt that same year. We live in Glen Allen, which is 10 minutes north of Richmond, VA. I just finished my sixth year of teaching.
