
Lee H. Bolen, age 74, of Montello passd away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at his home. Lee was born in Washington State the only son of Howatt and Dorothy (Fell) Bolen on November 19, 1945, He moved to the Montello area in the 1970's and worked for AMPI for many years until retiring in 2013. Lee was an avid outdoorsman; he thoroughly enjoyed pheasant and deer hunting. Anyone who knew Lee knew how importaant his dogs were to him. He enjoyed many days at Lone Oaks Hunting Preserve with his dogs and many days ice fishing each winter. Lee also gave back to his community through his countless hours volunteering at the Montello Rod and Gun Club and was especially proud to introduce youth to the shooting sports; He also enjoyed riding his Harley and watching college softball whenever possible.
Lee is survived by his two sisters: Candy (Ed) Hockerman of Montello and Penny (Bob) Mischacoff of Menomonee as well as nephews: Travis (Jennifer) Maass and their daughters, Aubrey and Lexi; Tyler (Katrina) Maass and their daughter: Grace, Cody (Heidi) Maass and their son Noah and other nephews Justin and Nate Mischcoff. Lee is further survived by his beloved dogs: Hemi and King
