Jeanette's husband, Ron Konkel, contacted us to let us know that Jeanette had died on November 10th of the year. She had suffered with Parkinson's Disease the past few years but lost her life to Asthma.
I was very sorry to hear of Jeanette's passing. We were great friends all through grade school but unfortunately lost touch in high school. We spent many summers swimming at Greenfield Park and winter's skating on the lagoon and sledding down the hill at the golf course. Jeanette and I lived in the same town (West Bend, WI) for 20 + years and never knew it. I regret we lost the opportunity to reconnect sooner. We reconnected because of the 50th reunion and I am thankful for the few times I had to spend with her and Mary (Marion) Moore. Ron, I am sorry for your loss.
I was so sorry to hear about Jeanette's passing. She was such a kind person who was so much fun and had a great sense of humor. Rest in peace, Jeanette.
Sorry to hear about Jennette's passing. she always had a smile on her face, and friendly to everone. My husband was diagonosed with Parkinson's, but it turned out to be Progressive Supranuclear Palsy(PSP) which is a cousin to Parlonson's he has been suffering for over 5 years & it is very hard for the family to see him go down hill.I know how hard it had to have been for her family. God
Bless all of you.. Jennette is now at peace.
