Tom Curtis died in the Vietname War, possible in 1969. He left school before graduation to join the service. When home on leave he came to school in his uniform and I never forgot that. He was always fun and would tell me jokes in class. RIP Tom
Tom's date of casualty was 11/2/1969 in the QuangDuc province in Viet Nam. He is honored on The Wall on panel 16W row 17. My memories of him are just as Kay describes. He was married to Sandy Budnik and they had a child; I've lost track of Sandy over the years. I visit Tom and my brother in law at The Wall every year.
