Christopher C. McIntee “Chris”, age 42, of West Bend, unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2015, at Froedtert Hospital surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on August 19, 1972, in Hartford to Patrick and Patricia (nee Sukawaty) McIntee.  Chris was raised in West Bend and graduated from West Bend East High School in 1991.  He was the detail and prep department at Coachwork Autobody and was janitorial staff at Slesar Glass.

Besides his exceptional love of all things family, Chris enjoyed golfing, auto racing, cooking and eating.  He was always a helping hand to anyone who needed him.  Chris will be forever missed by all those who knew him.

Chris is survived by his parents Patrick and Patricia; grandmothers Laverne McIntee and Eileen Sukawaty; aunts Marma McIntee and Dianne (Bruce) Kramer; uncles Michael (Randy Kunkel) Sukawaty, David Sukawaty and Steven (Lisa) Sukawaty; cousins; other relatives and friends.  Preceded in death by his sister Theresa; and grandfathers Clair “Jack” McIntee and Bernard Sukawaty.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (406 Jefferson St.), Barton on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at 11AM with Fr. Nathan Reesman presiding.  Visitation was held at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr.), West Bend on Tuesday, January 6 from 3PM until the time of the Vigil Service at 7PM and again on Wednesday at Church from 10AM until the time of the Mass.  Interment took place at New St. Mary’s Cemetery.
