I am so saddened by her passing. I had no idea she was so close to the end of her earthly life. I always said something on her FB posts. Such a great homemaker! She sewed, crocheted, canned just about anything that could be canned and loved our lord. She always had at least 3 friends & family with her when she went for chemo. In High school we were classroom friends in several of my classes. She once wrote a prayer/poem for me and I memorized it!
"Heavenly Father up above, Please protect Howard* the one I love. Keep him safe and keep him sound, No-matter where or when he’s found. Help him to know and make him to see That I love him and make him love me. Keep us now and keep us forever, Always loving and always together,
Amen” By Sue Radofsky *your boyfriends name inserted here. Sue- find Mickey and have a drink to us chicks…..and all Trojans
I'm so sad to hear of Susie's passing...having so many fond memories of her, not the least of which was a "Come as you are" slumber party! I believe we were still in the 8th grade, and I picked up the phone having just gotten out of the shower, wrapped up in a towel with my hair up in a cap!! She was very cagey, asking "What are you doing?" I told her, and then she said, "Surprise!" and invited me to her party!! LOL
There was no getting out of it, because I had told her how she had caught me!! I went to the party substituting a large beach towel for the bathtowel and, of course, adding a bra and panties. What a hoot that party was!!
Her mom was an awesome hostess as well!
My deepest, most sincere condolences to Dave, their children, and all her family and loved ones.
She was a very special gal, and will be missed by many on this earth.
Love and comfort~ Mackie
