Sept 4, 1986 MELLON FINANCIAL SERVICES (Oak Brook, Ill.) - Jeffrey C. Larsen was named executive vice president of this provider of industrial equipment and time- share financing, a subsidiary of Mellon Bank Corp., a bank holding company. He will also probably succeed as president Thomas A. Haeussler, who will retire in January, the company said. Mr. Larsen was executive vice presi dent and manager of the non-real estate credit services of Crocker National Bank in San Francisco.
