"Ed passed in 2015 while out for an exercise walk. Ed was retired from the US Navy “Silent Service” and living with his wife in San Diego I believe. He wasn’t carrying ID when on his walk and was declared missing for 3 days. Ed’s wife claimed his body and granted a funeral wake in Central Islip. Ed and I worked together for the State Park Commission for several consecutive summers during our SJB years as well as our first two college years."
