It's been a long time since we've had your smiles. I will never forget that you were always so nice to me in 6th grade home ec. I think I had a crush from that point on. You are truly missed by many!!!
John and I were close friends for a long time. His family moved to West Palm from New York when John was in 4 grade. I believe he had 2 sisters. He attended Berkshire elementary, Jefferson Davis middle and was a freshman at Forest Hill. He lived on Egermont drive just down the road from me. John was popular from the start because he rode mini motor cycles and gave every one rides around the block. He joined the racing circuit and soon moved up to the big bikes and became a successful racer. He was killed in motor cycle collision in an undeveloped area of land just off Collin Drive and Davis road. I don't have an exact date but it was the summer of 1982 before he attended 10th grade at FHHS.
