Roger died in Vietnam on December 14, 1970. I was within 2km of the strike area, Quang Nam provence.

Roger and I were in Mrs. Miller's biology class and were the only seniors in the class we used to cut up and run riot over the sophmores and juniors.

He was a great friend and I never will forget him.
