Doyle was a great guy. I can remember playing basketball with him behind the church near Tournament St. He was a heck of a competitor.

Doyle Coggins,
What a guy. To be thought of so dearly after all of these years. He made a big impact in a short while. We were all blessed by knowing him. What a cool cat

Doyle was a very smart and outspoken kid!! He and Mrs Thompson (freshman English teacher), never agreed on anything until the Friday before he passed. "Mrs Thompson this is the first time you and I agreed on anything." The following Monday morning she cried when she told the class about his death. He would be proud of us for going on in life. By the way, Doyle she and I never agreed on anything!!

After all these years, I still get tears in my eyes when I think of dear Doyle. He and I were best pals from the first grade. I loved him. He always gave the best advice. I really don't have the words but I still have his Lions Little League Baseball cap in my treasures and will always hold him dear to my heart.
