I have so many memories of Angie. She was my best friend and I have been missing her so much for the past (almost) 19 years.
Some of my favorite memories of her were going on band trips in high school, Great America in 8th Grade, staying over at her house as a kid and being afraid of the bats in her attic (even though there was no possible way they could get out of the attic),the Christmas tree in her bedroom, playing clarinet with her in band and at the solo and ensemble contests, her being terrified of Mrs. Kortbein (my bus driver) whenever she would ride the bus home with me. I don't know why she was so scared of her but it always made me laugh really hard. More than anything, I remember laughing with her. I've probably never laughed with someone so much before or since. As difficult as it has been to be without her, I'm so happy for all the time we had together.
