. I grew up with Charlie, when we were 2-5years old we lived in the same house on Fay Street and we were friends all the way through high school and for 2 years in college. Charlie was a caring compashionate guy that with some physical limitations . He tried to play football at WHS but couldn't due to his illness. He was a tough guy and I really respected and admired him. I am a better person for having Charlie as a friend. RIP

Charlie was a great person.Always positive and moving forward.I spent little time with him to my regret.GARY
