I remember Tammy as being extremely quiet but super smart and friendly to all who spoke to her. God rest her sweet & loving soul.

I remember Tammy being very quite. But when I would speak to her she would always talk. I think she was a very nice person.

Dearest Tammy,

I was deployed on the USS KITTY HAWK October 2001 when our best friend Leta wrote to me and told me we had lost our dear friend.  It's now been over 10 years and I still miss you dearly and think of you often.  We studied together and both planned to become nurses.  I was better in science, you in math; I still hate Trigonometry!  We did it!  My route was a little longer since I joined the Navy, but we did it!

Your sweet and very gentle personality made you the best hospice nurse any patient could ever ask for or need.  I know every patient you came into contact with would feel safe and comforted just from your kind presence.  If your hospice nurse was even half as wonderful a person as you were as a nurse, then I know you were at peace and comfortable.

Our group of 8 has now been incomplete for over 10 years.  We have not, nor will ever, forget you.  I've opened this memory page many times and looked at your photo and could never put my thoughts or feelings into words adequately enough to tell you how much I loved you and how much you meant to our group of 8 as one of our kindest friends.  I hope I can do that now.  You could always see the good in everyone.

God gave me the most precious gift of your friendship and I thank Him every day for that beautiful gift.  I miss you.  Take care my dearest friend.  Rest in peace.

Love always, Beth Ann
