Teri (Geraldine) Blauston (Tagami)

 Geraldine Blauston (Teri) Tagami.

To all those who have known and spent time with Teri. From a friend in Tokyo, Sydne Suzuki

With sadness, I am informing you of the passing of Geraldine (Teri) Tagami.   She passed away on June 19 at 5:12 a.m. at the hospital.  She had discovered a tumor in her back last December, and started undergoing chemotherapy in January.  She closed her shop completely by March.  And spent most of the remaining time at the hospital.  She will be missed dearly.   According to her wishes, the funeral will take place amongst immediate family only.

I met Teri on the train years ago, when she lived here in West Tokyo.  We have been friends ever since.  RIP TeriπŸ’•

I spent lots of time with Teri in Japan.  She was a bright lights in my life. So positive, so inquisitive. She would come to the shows I was doing in Tokyo and we'd enjoy seeing each other and reminiscing about White Plains. i was looking forward to seeing her in September.

It was shocked and saddened to read of Geri's passing. We knew each other throughout our school days. We spent time together at the 50th WPHS Reunion.  So very sad.
