I was close friends with Howie-great guy.
He was one of those people who always had others around him. Another guy who was loaded with personality.
I remember he was always with his fiance', Nina Peltzman. If it is possible at HS age, I believe they really loved each other. Wonder if they ever married and had little Howies and and Ninas.
It was good to be his friend.
