Jean Little LaVanway, or Jeannie as a lot of us called her, passed away August 24, 2025 around 9:00 p.m. in a Milton-Freewater, Oregon care facility.  Jean and her twin, Judy Little, were childhood friends and classmates of ours.  Jeannie was a very talented artist and quilt maker.  During our 2015 class reunion, Jeannie drew quick sketches of her classmates while we shared lunch together at Whitefish Lake.  Through it all, she maintained her great sense of humor, positive attitude and her contagious smile.  Jeannie's husband, Victor, visited her each day and was with her on Sunday evening.  He will dearly miss his sweetheart Jeannie and so will we.
