
Services for Vivian Elaine "Punkin" Stewart, 50, Tyler, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Whitehouse C.O.G.I.C. with the Rev. Michael Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery under the direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co.
Mrs. Stewart died June 28, 2009, at a Tyler hospital. She was born Aug. 15, 1958, in Tyler. She was a graduate of Whitehouse High School and a lifelong resident of Smith County. Mrs. Stewart was a member of Walnut Springs Baptist Church and worked as a health aide. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
Survivors include her fiance, Virgil Harris; sons, Undre Stewart and Derrick Stewart; daughters, LaKisha Stewart and Kimberly Stewart, all of Tyler; two brothers, Otis Stewart Jr. and Michael Stewart; five sisters, Edna Thompson, Linda Brown, Joanne Bowie and Jackie Mackey; and one grandchild, Keyioni Stewart of Tyler.
Visitation will be 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
