My very dear friend, Brian Inch, passed away on October 18, 2016 at his home in Bogota, Colombia. Brian was a wonderful person, full of wit and charm, loving and compassionate, and talented in many ways. After graduating from UCLA, he joined the army and entered the OCS program. He was promoted to captain before leaving the army. After his military service, he entered the corporate world and held high executive positions. About twenty-five years ago he moved to Bogota with his wife. There he became fluent in Spanish. He also had a good working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian. Brian continued to perform music on the saxophone at a high level throughout his life. About fifteen years ago Brian and a few others of us CalHi music alumni began to get together for a few days now and then to jam and pal around. It was great fun. Brian will be missed by many people, and I will deeply miss his friendship and unfailing love. Dick Jennings

Dick, Thank you so much for writing this beautiful narrative of Brian's life. I didn't know him personally while at Cal High, but I do remember him for his participation in the band especially being the Drum Major. My condolances to his family and all with whom he was friends.
Best Regards,
Cathy Dunn Warner
