Brenda Gail Buchanan was born on July 19, 1953 and passed to her Heavenly home on Friday, January 26, 2007 at Harris Methodist Hospital in Ft. Worth, Texas. Her graveside services were held on Monday, January 29, 2007. She is laid to rest in the Crestview Memorial Park Cemetery here in Wichita Falls. Brenda was a member of the Faith Freewill Baptist Church. She was a very talented piano player and could sing so beautifully. Brenda never married and never had any children. Brenda never married and never had any children. She is survived by a brother, John Buchanan, sisters, Mary, Louise, Forestine & Betsy Buchanan. She had alot of various medical problems & she was living in a nursing home in Ft. Worth at the time of her passing. Brenda could always be seen with a big smile on her face and a spring in her step. She will be forever missed by all her family and friends.

I knew Brenda from the time we were in Bluebirds at the tender age of 6. I still have that wonderful photo. I never knew Brenda to be unkind or to say an unkind thing, and I can still hear her laughter! She was truly a precious human being. We traveled all through school together but I never saw her after high school years. It seems she has left this earth early, yet I can't think of a more wonderful place to be than in God's arms. Rest well, Brenda.
