Frank Chavez passed on January 25, 2022 at the age of 69. Mr. Chavez was a Graduate of Wichita Falls High School and Midwestern State University. Mr. Chavez was a teacher with the Wichita Falls Independent School district for many years and was heavily involved in the Hispanic community and even owned and ran a Hispanic newspaper called “El Noticiero”. Mr. Chavez is survived by his Mother Candelaria Chavez, two brothers James Chavez, Robert Chavez and a sister Josie Sigala all of Wichita Falls, Texas. Mr. Chavez was always a huge fan of all the students he taught through the years, he also dearly loved music and the Hispanic culture and arts.
