Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm going to see Coach Tyler tomorrow. I visit him about twice a month to see how he's doing. I'm going to see if he would like to attend the lunch on Saturday for everyone can see him. So if he attends I thought I should let everyone know that he has the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and doesn't move around to good. Coach Tyler can usually remember things from the past but has a problem with short term memory. Coach seems to ask the same questions over and over. So just a heads up on what you can expect if he attends. I'll do my best to get him to come. I told him about the reunion two weeks ago and he wanted me to tell all his boys hello. I think it would be better if he did it himself.
As far as the game Friday night the Coyotes are pretty horrible on defense and can't stop the pass or rush. So were probably in for a long night because Rider's defense is pretty dam good and they will run it down your throat. But it is a rival game and anything is possible. See everyone at the game.

Lisa Brown (Pebworth) OMG! Stop! You guys are giving me goosebumps! I never thought I would go to a reunion but you guys have me so pumped about this weekend just with your comments! I hope everyone can make the after party at Robert's house---that would be a blast and I think we all need to make the most of this weekend! Go Coyotes (but proud mom of a Raider....sorry guys!)

Michelle "Rudie" Sheppard (Barton) I'm with Lisa, Go Coyotes! But, proud mom of two in the Rider Raider Marching Band. Robert said it best, it will probably be a long night for the Coyotes but we are all sure to have a BLAST regardless of the outcome!!!

Richard Gilmore Im going to have to switch sides on friday at halftime. My nephew is john fernandez, the big fullback on rider. I have supported him since boys club football and can't fail him now. The good news is that they won't play him nor the rest of the starters for long. See yall on friday nite.

The Eagle has landed. I have made it to the falls in one piece. Ya know..... It really sux trying to drive 80 mph through all of those small towns (Merkle, Haskle, Seymoure), eat dinner, Talk on the phone, and watch a movie at the same time. Someone should make a law making it a little easier. JUST KIDDING ROBERT!

So I just hung up with Amy, and we will be hitting the streets @ 8 am picking everything up. I am putting the final touches on the slide show, so thank you to all that sent in pics for it.

Remember to bring your cameras, I will make a new site where we can all upload all of this weekends photos to share.

Since we are about to be 16 again and can still LEGALLY DRINK here in a few hours, Donna, I guess its ok to start early. I wish I could but I gotta get all of ya'lls water bills and stuff together. I'd hate to be tipsy and mess up the entire water bill database, and the associated rates. HAHAHAHA! So drink one for me, and I promise come 7pm TONIGHT we all can party like its 1988!

Christy and I are on our way home and just drove trough Seymour and I don’t want to wait till I get home to say thank you.

We (the committee) received a lot of "thank you's" this weekend pertaining to the organization of the reunion. Well we want to thank you for making the entire event worth it. Our biggest fear was that we were going to put this thing together and have a lot of people not interested in coming. The 88 SR class as a whole, made this event a success.

We went trough 4 amazing years with each other were we grew as a group, as friends and as a family that would take with us memories that only we would share through this life time. I spoke with friends that seemed like we just picked up the conversation that we were having in May of 88. It was like not a day had past, and we were 18 again.

Thank you all for keeping those bonds with your Coyote family and renewing ones that our adult lives have taken us away from maintaining.

As I walked around talking to people I noticed something that we should all teach our children........ The "clicks" that form in our younger years really don't amount to a hill of crap when you are approaching 40. Classmates will carry a bond that is like no other.

Now that the reunion is over, please don't forget about one another until the next one. Keep in touch, whether it’s through this site, MySpace, Facebook, or using your at&t wireless phone. (ha-ha a plug for my company) I will post a website with username and password on here shortly, that everyone can upload and download all pictures taken at the reunion. I will give detailed instructions on how to use it as well.
