In Memory

Thomas Dale

Thomas was quiet so I don't know how many of yall will remember him. He died our Senior year before graduation...a lot of us that went to Senior night at Century City signed a yearbook that was given to his parents. We also gathered donations and purchased a brick at the Falls in his memory. Thomas was an Thomas was an understated, quiet young man with a great sense of humor. Once you got to know him he opened up his heart completely. He was strong in the Lord and a good, loyal friend to those who knew him well. Wendy, his older sister, said that he was a wonderful younger brother, although a bit mischievious at times. Thomas had bone cancer, if memory serves correctly and had one leg amputated. He fought long and hard, but was eventually called home to be with God

Your recollection of Thomas is spot-on.  I had the pleasure of working with him and Wendy both at Funland early in high school.  Let me tell you what, Thomas was a wild man back then; he was always the life of any crowd and would light up the darkest places with his electric smile.  He was fun to work with and I was glad to have ben his friend.  I will never forget him.
