Perry “Kay” Browning, 67, of Wichita Falls, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2017 at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

Kay was born on June 29, 1949 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Smitty L. and Naomi (Pleasanton) Browning. She graduated from Wichita Falls High School and went on to continue her education at UTA. Kay was fun loving and carefree, and never met a stranger. She loved her boys and her grandson unconditionally and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, David Browning and Smitty E. Browning.

She is survived by her sons, Daniel Bowles, and Michael Bowles both of Wichita Falls; her brother, Danny Browning of Wichita Falls; her grandson, Bryan Bowles; and numerous family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Rd., Wichita Falls, TX 76310; or to Meals on Wheels, 1008 Burnett St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301.
