Larry James Patton passed away peacefully on Dec. 19, 2007, at the age of 58.

Larry attended Harrell Elementary, Zundy Junior High, where he was in the band, Wichita Falls High School and Midwestern University. He was a journeyman carpenter and was associated with his Dad in the roofing business, until his illness and disability in 1991. On Jan. 11, 1975, he married Rose Ann Jennings.

Larry is survived by his parents, Jim and Billie Patton of Wichita Falls; five children, Amy May of Euless, Tammy Mulder of Crosby, Minn., Jamy Ann Patton of Wichita Falls, Barry Patton of Euless and Gary Patton of Wichita Falls; their mother, Rose Patton; three grandchildren, Gracie Mulder and Ethan Mulder of Crosby, Minn., and Jordan Gant of Wichita Falls; one brother, Dr. Joe Patton and wife, Pat of Perrinton, Michigan; a very special cousin, Beth Sutterly and his aunt, Margie Childress; also numerous cousins, whom he loved.

Larry was a Christian. He was baptized at then Twenty-third and Grace Church of Christ.

The graveside services were held at 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, at Rosemont Cemetery on Southwest Parkway in Wichita Falls, under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

Larry is at Peace and will be missed by all who loved him.
