Calvin Lester Cotton, 40, died Thursday September 21, 1995, in his home.  Calvin was born October 18, 1955, in Wichita Falls.  He attended Washington Elementary School, Booker T . Washington High School and was a graduate of Wichita Falls High School.  He attended college in San Angelo, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Cotton.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Lee Rhodes Cotton; two daughters, Shameeka La Toya and Lakish Ka Triece. both of Dallas; two sons, James Gregory and Terrance La Near, both of Dallas; his father, Moses Cotton of Dallas; a brother, Joseph L. Cotton of Wichita Falls; a sister, Deborah Zollicoffer of Wichita Falls; and a grandchild.
