John Henry Lovett Sr., 43, died Monday, Jan. 20, 1997, in Wichita Falls.  John was born March 11, 1953, in Wichita Falls, where he was a lifetime resident.  He was the owner of Lovetts' No. 2.

Survivors include his wife, Sandy; a daughter, Julie Ann of Wichita Falls; two sons, John Jr. and Joey, both of Wichita Falls; a stepdaughter, Brooke Barber of Wichita Falls; a stepson, Justin Barber of Wichita Falls; his mother, Elsie Lovett of Wichita Falls; and two sisters, Ruth Singleton and Wanda Sewell, both of Wichita Falls.
