
Debra Ann Loudermilk died Sunday, April 17, 2005 at Richardson Medical Center. She was 50. Debra Perkins was born January 22, 1955 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, was raised in Lubbock and Wichita Falls and after her marriage to Roderic Perkins, lived in Denver, CO and Richardson, TX. She is survived by her husband Roderic, and sons Douglas and Brian, her mother Joyce Howell of Richardson, her brother Derek Howell of Farmers Branch, and her sister Diane Wilson of Baytown. Debra Perkins was a loving wife and mother to two wonderful sons. Her varied career included computer technical writing, web-based design, and homemaking. She loved teaching classes and giving seminars on miniature quilting, and co-authored Tynnebelle's Quilts, a collection of minature quilt patterns.

Debra and I were good friends in high school. She was such a sweet, sweet person. I remember her moving in to her first apartment and how excited she was at the time. I know her family must miss her greatly.
