MADILL -- Services for Robert Lynn Sparlin, 50, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Madill Church of Christ with Brother Richard Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Woodberry Cemetery.
Born July 23, 1946, in Gladewater, Texas, to Arbra and Connie Sparlin, he died March 20, 1997.
Mr. Sparlin was raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, later moved to Fort Worth, Texas, and then to Madill in 1976. He worked for Oklahoma Steel and Wire 12 years and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, Lan Arbra Sparlin, Madill; one daughter, Amanda Pate, Dallas, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Bearers will be Bruce Williams, Scott Gipson, Byron Self, Ernest Gray, Jerry Green and Chad Selvy.
The Watts Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. |
