Margaret Kathleen “Kathy” Hudachko, 76, passed March 31, 2023, with her family by her side in Haslet, Texas. She was born November 12, 1946, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jerry and Loretta Heald. Her father worked for an oil company Helmerich & Payne and her mother stayed home to raise seven children.
Kathy was the second of the seven children. As she got older and the younger siblings came along, she would help her mother take care of them. She was known for her loving and caring nature. She graduated from Ryder High School in Wichita Falls and attended college at Midwestern State University before leaving for Norman, Oklahoma to finish her degree and get her diploma at The University of Oklahoma. After graduation, she married and had two daughters.
Her hobbies included gardening, family, and friends. She loved to visit the beach in Destin Florida and enjoyed several family reunions there.
Mrs. Hudachko is survived by her Husband Joe Hudachko; her sisters, Marilyn Trollinger; Jo Miller; Jean St. Clair; Pat Elam, and brothers, Jerry Heald and Mike Heald; two daughters and their spouses, Ann and Lance Barden, Julie and Brad Brown; 4 grandchildren, Colton, and Ashton Barden; Weston and Hayden Brown.
A visitation for Margaret will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Directors, 523 S MAIN ST, GRAPEVINE, TX 76051. A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 2:00 PM at J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Directors.
