12 hour shifts of loading pallets of 100 lb bags of sugar, 50 lb blocks of shortening and other ingredients for baking mixes for pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, etcetera left every hair on my body pasted to my skin.

The bobsled run in Park Cities, UT was completely worth doing ...once!

Please! I'm still not that old (update)...I am now. Granddaughters born in '20 and '23 are in the regular visitation rotation.

50th birthday was a track meet challenging 20 somethings to beat me in 100 meters. I haven't decided how I will celebrate my 60th, but I'll have a much better plan than I did for my 50th.

60th birthday update - 36 yr old daughter who has an impressive collection of track medals taunted me with, "you still got it old man?" Her "dang-it!" from a couple of strides behind was the best 60th BD gift I could have received.
