Instead of Old Chicago we'll be over at Dudley's Bar & Grill. 21st & Tyler just East of Tyler on the North side. 8550 W. 21st. Very casual (I'm talking sweats and flip flops) and very laid back. Everyone is welcome. Nice way to finish up the weekend. Join if you can...apparently Monty will be the one in the wheelchair...!!

Thanks so much to all of you that came and paid and said the nice things...and thanks so much for ALL those that not only donated to the raffle but those of you that bought tickets!! You all helped us to meet expenses! Can't wait to see Debbie Rader's pictures of the event! And thank you to her for her patience...that was quite an experience getting the group shot!! After months of planning this was a really positive experience for all of us and we're so appreciate of all the positive input. We really are lucky to have such a great class!! (Lora...I haven't forgotten about getting you those pix!)....Jimmy Faidley...wow!!! Great surprise. So great to see you. Jerry Allison....FB back atcha!!, Wanda Bigelow...great pix of you and my husband and yes girl he is married!! Carla Landry you looked beautiful as usual! The longer I think about it the longer I could go on Too many people to name outloud but what a great turn out! Thanks to Denise Petty (Dan's wife) and Liz Bayles (Craig's wife) for working the front door for us. You guys were awesome!! Chrissie & Brad Palmer...way to make a raffle work!! Don't forget this website isn't over with the reunion. This will be a great way for all of us to continually update and ck in with each other whenever we choose. Thanks to Carrie for the site...it was the best tool we've ever had as a reunion committee. We know you'll be the caretaker of this great site for years to come so thanks in advance for all your work. What a great time!!

It was great to see so many faces after 30 years...And thanks to our guest attendies that came to help us celebrate.

09/20/09 11:02 PM #269     Carrie Alford (Loofs) WOW - I can't believe it's over. I think everyone had a great time, enjoyed themselves and went home with happy thoughts! I would like to thank the rest of the reunion committee - Dana Armstrong, Joni Gearhart, Teresa Bliss, Janna Kaba, Monty Crozier, Dan Petty, Mike Edwards, Craig Bayless and Jay Delling. I think we make a great team! I would also like to thank Debbie Clanton for flying in from Atlanta to take our pics and enjoy an evening with old friends. Another thanks to everyone who contributed items for our raffle! Chrissie and Brad - ya'll rocked that one ;D I wish I had more time last night to visit with everyone. It seems like that old clock went into overtime and before I knew it, the evening was over. It was nice to visit with several of you that I had never really met before. We have an awesome class of very interesting people. The website has been a great learning experience for me and I'm so glad I was able to do something for ALL of us! Next project - working with Debbie to get pics posted!!! I'm also anxious to watch the message board and looking forward to some great conversations, shared memories and giggles. Take care everyone! 09/20/09 11:33 PM #270     Chrissie Palmer (Palmore) sigh. i can't believe its all over now! that was such a great, great time! i wish i had another 6 or 7 hours to meet and talk with all of the people i didn't get to have a conversation with! i thought for sure that brad and i were gonna need security to get outta there for all of the raffle numbers we "didn't call!" sorry girls in the back! (dang those Fletcher's!! LMAO) john and i were just happy to get a night "out" without a 5 year old! i just wanted to say thank you to all of the reunion committee peeps who made our evening possible! i can't even imagine how many hours you guys put into last night! it absolutely rocked! jay delling-you are definitely one of a kind! i am gonna look for you on the presidential ballot some day! (and you have MY vote, dude!!) thank you so much guys for a great 30th! it could not have been better. and thank you for all of you who donated to the raffle. you guys all rock cause that money goes to helping keep us all connected on HERE! i had my 3 "truesdell" yearbooks with me at the reunion and i wish i had passed them around more! the pictures are hilarious! we were little kids then! and i want to thank my awesome brother, brad for coming up to help me at the last minute (just cause he was scared of a 'knuckle sandwich'!!) just kidding! brad you are the bestest schmoozer i ever met! (ok-MAYBE jay delling is a little better...) j/k! and i will say that we all look pretty dang good for bein pretty dang old! (yeah, i went there!) carrie- miss ya girl! come see me!! and you too lorraine! lets have a girl's day some time!?

A big "THANK YOU" to the reunion committee, all your hard work was a big success. Thanks to Chrissie and Brad for taking on the raffle, you did a great job. Maybe next time we can make the numbers bigger on the tickets, I may have missed out on some since I couldn't read them. Not sure if it was from the alcohol or age. Can't wait to see the pictures.
