I remember watching Dennis run track.....could not believe how fast he could run!  And he participated in many other sports.....a very humble, kind man.

We met in Jr. High. Played football together on the defensive line and hunted ducks too. Dennis was fun, funny, upbeat and a good friend through high school. Thanks for our time Dennis. Thanks so much.

Dennis came to Pleasant Valley after 6th grade. That summer I was playing baseball one afternoon at the ball diamond with Steve Wilson and some others. Dennis came over to us. We found out he was our age. As we were talking we could tell he was taller than all of us. He mentioned that he was already shaving. That really
surprised Steve and I. He was our center during Junior High at 5 ft 6 in. And as was mentioned he could really
run the 100 and the 440 yards. He always had a great sense of humor.
