Wichita, Kansas - Steven Alan Loebsack, 72, died Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Saturday, September 30, 2023; Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm, Sunday, October 1, 2023, both at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Bette Loebsack; grandson, Dalton James Heard; son-in-law, Damian Avery. Survived by his wife, Vicki Loebsack; sons, Kiel Loebsack of Oklahoma City, OK, Mike (Ronnie) Gideon of Russell, KS; daughters, Stephanie (Benjie) Salsbury of Wichita, Amy (Donnie Jr.) Robinson of Andover; 11 grandchildren. Steve, was one person you could rely on. Twice my Mustang had problems on a Friday night. He somehow got there and got all of us home. We will are enjoy our memories of Steve as long as we live.God has blessed us with his life.
