Wilma J. Dunlap, 79, retired USD 259 science teacher, died Friday, November 16, 2007. Survivors: sisters, Natalie Dunlap and Nancy Ann (Carrol) Littlejohn, Julia Patten, Hanna (Allen) Wise and companion and caregiver, Helen Cox. Several Nieces and nephews.

Miss Dunlap started my love of physiology, anatomy and without knowing what was to come a knowledge of dissection of cats. What a challenging class for high schoolers! She was a great mentor and helped me make it through Zoology class at K State because of the lessons she taught at West. She was also a sponser for the synchronized swim team.
