Roland Joseph Gross, 51, of La Quinta, CA passed away on August 20, 2007 in La Quinta.

He was born on September 1, 1955 to Robert W. and Rosemary Gross in Williston, ND and graduated from Williston High School. Dr. Gross was a graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic Sciences in St. Paul MN. He was a distinguished doctor of Chiropractic and Holistic Medicines for 25 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, the late Robert Willis Gross. Survivors include his mother, Rosemary Gross of Palm Springs, CA; sister Mrs. Susan (Randy) Vaughan of Bremerton, WA; 2 sons, Jason Gross of Laguna Niguel and Chad Gross of Atlanta, GA; brothers, Todd Gross (Leslie) of Palm Springs, CA; Paul C. Gross of Temecula, CA, and 3 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Dr. Gross was an Eagle Scout and has volunteered countless hours to The Boy Scouts of America. He was a lover of life, family and friends. Also, he was an avid fisherman and hunter. Dr. Gross was a devout Christian and practicing humanitarian. We will miss his smile and compassion for others. Until we meet again Roland, you will be in our every prayer. We love you!
