Funeral services for Elizabeth Ann Turner, 41, of Wills Point, were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2013, at LifeHouse Fellowship Church in Myrtle Springs with Bro. Mike Stone officiating. Interment followed at Myrtle Springs Cemetery under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.

She passed away Monday afternoon, December 31, 2012 in Dallas.

Elizabeth was born July 28, 1971, in Gatesville, Texas, the daughter of Leon Thornburgh and Arcie Thornburgh. She was raised in Wills Point and graduated from Wills Point High School in 1989. She later graduated from TVCC. Beth was employed as a registered nurse in labor and delivery. On May 28, 1994, she married Jeffrey DWayne Turner in Wills Point. She was a member of LifeHouse Fellowship in Myrtle Springs where she was a Sunday school teacher. Beth enjoyed home schooling and collected Disney items.

Beth is survived by her husband, Jeff Turner, of Wills Point; two sons, Jonah Turner, of Wills Point and Kevin Turner, of Wills Point; parents, Leon & Arcie Thornburgh, of Canton; two brothers, Robert McElwee & wife, Frances, of Canton and Jerry McElwee, of Wills Point; two sisters, Kathy Moore & husband, Randy, of Terrell and Pamela Zapata & husband, Tony, of Burleson; father-inlaw & mother-in-law, Rodney & Becky Turner, of Dallas and several nieces & nephews.

Pallbearers: Steven Hill, Richard Shinn, Wayne Whitaker, Lloyd McCullough, Mitch Cisneros & Greg Probst.
