"Ross Edward Wilcox was born in Niagara Falls on April 21, 1950. He went into the Army on March 11, 1970 as a Private 2nd class. Ross served in the Vietnam war and after the war moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, where he lived until his death at the age of 48 on January 26, 1999. Ross' interment was March 3, 1999, at the Bay Pines National Cemetery in Pinellas County, Florida. He is located in the cemetery in Section 51, Row 19, Site 39. Ross, [we] thank you for your service to this great country. May God Bless you forever 'Rest in Peace.'"
