Laketa Shea Mincey passed away on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008. She passed away peacefully at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Laketa was born July 19, 1978, in Wilson to Ronald E. Mincey and the late Margaret Ann Woodard Mincey.
Loving memories of Laketa's admirable life are cherished by her father, Ronald E. Mincey.
