You should complete this form if you prefer paying by check.  The price per ticket is $50.00.  After completing the registration form for you and your guest(s), you will receive instructions for completing and forwarding your check by mail. 

Note: Checks will also be accepted at our next First Thursday Breakfast, but you must complete your registration before bringing your check.
