Dorothy Proctor, 47, Moscow

Dorothy M. Proctor, age 47, of Moscow, IA, died on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008 at her home in Moscow.

Dorothy was born June 8, 1961 to Robert and Carol (Reimers) Proctor in Muscatine. 

Dorothy enjoyed reading, sewing and crafts. She was a second mother to her nephews and enjoyed watching them grow up.

Services were held on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, at the Bentley Funeral Home, Wilton.

She is survived and lovingly remembered by her mother, Carol Proctor of Wilton; two sisters,  Connie and her husband Mike Grunewald of Moscow and Gail Schroeder and Terry Struck of Atalissa; her brother, Wes and his wife Angie Proctor of Bettendorf; her niece, Olivia Colvert-Proctor of Bettendorf and her nephews,  Andy, Adam and Ryan Grunewald all of Moscow.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert Proctor, her grandparents and her nephew Christopher Struck.

A memorial has been established in her memory.
